Where Does Scott Bros. CANDY (SBC) Ship To?
All SBC products are shipped Australia-wide and the cost for wholesale and retail products are as per each product's listing.
A street address is required for all wholesale deliveries, for all retail orders a street address is preferred however, PO Boxes are accepted. An email address and phone number must be provided during the check-out and payment process.

Delivery Schedules
All deliveries are generally made on business days, Monday to Friday, between the hours: 8 AM to 6 PM as per our chosen courier partners, please note sometimes deliveries can be made out of these hours and on the weekends depending on the backlog.
If deliveries can only be accepted on certain days or particular hours, please specify delivery particulars in the comments/messages section or email our customer service team with all the details. If pallet deliveries must be under a certain height or weight, please contact our customer service team prior to ordering.
Delivery estimates can vary due to delivery network congestion, COVID-19 delays, or peak holiday times such as Christmas and Easter. SBC are unable to guarantee a delivery date due to our courier networks not offering delivery guarantees at this time however the following estimates should help:
1 to 7 business days for delivery to metro addresses in VIC, SA, NSW, ACT, QLD
7 to 14 business days for delivery to metro addresses in WA and NT
For regional (non-metro) delivery please add 3 to 14 business days
Cost of Shipping
For wholesale products each postcode is different - contact our customer service team – sales@scottbroscandy.com.au for specific delivery costs.
Retail products incur a shipping cost and is detailed during your checkout process. You have the option of standard delivery or express post.
Acceptance of Delivery
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by SBC to be authorised to receive the products. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, our carrier will leave a card outlining details for collection, unless Authority to Leave (ATL) was specified during check-out (ATL may not be available for all purchases).
