Scott Bros. CANDY's Return Policy
1. Refunds for faulty or incorrect items
1.1 If Scott Bros. CANDY (SBC) sends you the incorrect product.
If the product SBC has sent to you is completely incorrect and not an approved substitute, SBC will either (A) Refund you for the value of the originally ordered item, or (B) send you a replacement depending on which option you would prefer :)
1.2 If SBC has sent you a faulty product. Proof of fault must be provided – ie photograph and explanation.
If a product is shipped to you in faulty condition. SBC will either (A) refund you for the value of the good, or (B) send you a replacement depending on which option you would prefer :)
2. Damaged during shipment
If your parcel is damaged during shipping, we ask that you contact our customer service team (sales@scottbroscandy.com.au) who will either (A) refund you for the value of the product, or (B) send a replacement depending on which option you prefer. Any and all issues need to be raised with us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
If you request 'Authority To Leave' then all responsibility of SBC for lost parcels will be voided.
3. Returns procedure and terms and conditions
To make a claim, the item(s) must be returned to Scott Bros. CANDY.

All returns and exchange enquiries will be dealt within 14 business days after receipt of the goods.
All refunds will be returned via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the goods.
If you want to exchange a saleable product then the cost of shipping is paid by you – the customer.
